A local landmark at the centre of Westbourne Grove, this former unloved gallery space has been transformed into a popular new restaurant. Based over the ground and first floor, the corner plot is structurally wrapped into a more modern development, beyond mixing heritage and modern construction across the property.

The Grade II listed building was carefully assessed for its new use and careful micro-modifications made. By assessing the building and being able to make multiple small modifications, the overall usability and efficiency of the space for the staff as well as the client experience were maximised with minimal physical and economic outlay.
